SHIPPING: My shipping price is effective for delivery to a physical street address anywhere in the 48 Continental United States. All deliveries will be sent by UPS Ground and are fully insured. All items purchased must be delivered together to the same location. If you need separate deliveries, please email me because additional fees will apply.
You should receive the items within 10 business days. Tracking number and delivery date will be provided. All products are new in box and packed professionally. We ship directly from our warehouse in California. Sorry, no pick up option is available.
Delivery to post office boxes or locations outside the continental U.S. require additional fees. Please email me for a shipping quote.

Payment: I am flexible with payments. Most payments are made within 7 days, but if you need extra time I will be happy to work with you. Just email me and we will make arrangements. Occasionally an item temporarily goes out of stock. In the unlikely event that this item goes out of stock after you make a purchase, you will be notified within 24 hours and given the option of keeping the item on backorder or having all of your money refunded.
Please Note: I keep a careful watch on inventory, so items rarely go out of stock.
*RETURNS: You may preview this item for up to 7 days from the date that you receive it. If you decide not to keep it, you may return it for a full refund. Refund will include the entire price that you originally paid me for the item. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Refund will be given when item is received back.
In the unlikely event that the item is delivered damaged, you may return it for a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Please do not attempt to fix the item yourself. If you alter the condition in which you received it, a return will not be accepted.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please contact me for this number before returning your merchandise. If you return your merchandise without an RMA Number your return will not be accepted...damaged or not.
Please note...I only sell high quality items. However, there are no warranties expressed or implied. In the unlikely event that the item you have purchased fails to perform its intended purpose, I will accept a return up to a maximum of 14 days from the date you received the item.
