Items are inspected before shipping and insured with Fedex at no extra charge in case of damage during the shipping process. Shipping damage must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods to enable us to claim from Fedex and replace the damaged part.
Returns are permitted for items that have not been assembled and are in their original packaging - refund will be cost of goods less a 15% handling fee. Customer is responsible for shipping charges, both from us and the return to us.
