Shipping damage must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods to enable us to claim from Fedex and replace the damaged part. Returns are permitted for unused items that have not been assembled and are in their original packaging - refund will be cost of goods less a 15% handling fee (minimum restocking fee of $10) to cover our actual costs of shipping and handling your order. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the goods to us.
