I will accept the item or items returned providing you first notify me by email or by phone within 24 hours of acceptance and secondly, you must send item or items by first class mail with insurance and send it within 3 days. You will receive a refund minus shipping plus a minimal 10% restocking fee. The refund will be made providing the item or items are returned in the same condition as it was sent from Valuable Possessions. Notification of intent to return the item(s) beyond 2 days will be considered a final sale. I ship internationally for Personal and Proxy sales. I will also combine shipping on personal and proxy sale. Items that are provided by my supplier are shipped only to the USA. Shipping is based on actual location. I use FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL depending on which item is up for auction. I typically ship all Proxy and personal items within 3 days barring any day job hang ups or life happenings that may delay a day or so., It could take up to 10 to 15 days depending on how heavy the volume or holidays for those items that the suppliers ship. If you are buying a gift please allow for this. Insurance: Is the responsibility of the purchaser unles it states that insurance is included (which I do as a promotional item. Seller is not responsible for uninsured purchases. USPS will not refund your shipping cost only the purchase price of the item. I ship USPS First Class to be sure your package arrives quickly and soundly.
