Buyers are allotted 7 days from the end of the auction to remit payment.

If the buyer has not paid within 7 days, we must file a non-payment claim with Ebay.

If you choose to pick your item up at our True Value Hardware Store cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express will be accepted. Plus all applicable State Taxes must be paid.

Buyer agrees to pay the amount listed (US Dollars) to cover shipping & handling. 

We ship with UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail & USPS First-Class mail for all domestic shipments. All come with tracking #'s

We ship with USPS Priority Mail International and UPS Worldwide Expedited for all International shipments. All come with tracking #'s

We also use USPS First Class Mail International for International shipments weighing less than 4lbs. This option DOES NOT come with a tracking #. We take no responsibility for packages shipped in this manner. 

 With payment confirmed, we ship within 2 business days 6 days a week (Mon.-Sat.)

Our shipping & handling charges are $1.25 for the first item shipped. (add 0.75 for each additional item, when combined shipping is used)  This does on most, but not on all items cover the cost of the box, peanuts & other material needed to pack & ship your item safely

USPS SHIPPING

We can ship to a P.O. Box, if using USPS as your shipping option. 

All shipments using USPS ARE NOT insured unless YOU PAY for insurance when you go through check-out. If you do not choose any insurance for your item shipped with USPS, WE DO NOT cover lost, damaged, or broken packages.

all USPS shipments are shipped Monday - Saturday until 1pm EST.

UPS SHIPPING

We can not ship to a P.O. Box if using UPS as a shipping option. 

All shipments using UPS are insured up to $100.00; any additional insurance is optional and must be paid by buyer.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of date of delivery.

Items must be returned in the exact same condition as sent.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus shipping and handling charges.

In 2002 we opened a JCPenney Catalog Merchant Center in our Auburn, Indiana True Value Hardware Store. Then in 2006 we opened an Auction It Today 123 eBay kiosk in our Auburn, Indiana True Value Hardware Store.

We are also a consignment (drop-off) Ebay reseller. Area residents bring us items they want sold on eBay. We create the listing, take the pictures, answer questions and then ship their item(s) for them when they sell. Then charge a commission fee for our services. With this we can offer you even a more vast array of merchandise like antiques, collectibles, clothing, autos and too many more to mention
