| Payment | PayPal is preference, we will accept Money Orders and Cashier checks, however items are not shipped until we have received this payment.
Please NOTE:
We try to keep shipping cost to a realistic amount, never intentionally trying to profit on shipping. We refund 8-10 buyers on a daily basis for shipping paid and not needed and we are human, so there are times that, using templates to create new auctions, we will have this incorrect. eBay's automated invoice system is horrible, rarely do they get the shipping correct when multiple items are purchased, so if you purchase more than a single listing, please request a new invoice, so it can reflect the proper shipping cost.
We continue to keep our focus on responding to your questions and emails and getting your orders shipped within 24 hours of payment to us. With it only being the two of us doing all the administrative duties, time is of the essence for us to keep up. We will always give our buyers the same respect given us, so please keep this in mind with your communications with us. Threats, foul or abusive language will not even receive a response from us, so be aware of this prior to emailing us please.

We are active with feedback, however with this new Feedback 2.0. We will not post feedback until feedback has been left for us. Many have complained about the privacy of seeing their purchases on the feedback page and we respect that. Every Item is Insured that is shipped, we have a company blanket policy, which covers every shipment that goes out, rather it is $1 or $1000. Verification is welcome with any concerns you may have by calling the insurance company at 1-865-852-9956, Insuree Policy Holder is SC Liquidations, Inc. However any cost for this insurance, is reflected in your shipping cost shown on the listing. Occasionally we might have something that MUST be crated, in those cases, we will let you know in the description what that cost is and it will also be reflected in your shipping cost on the auction listing page. | | Shipping | PLEASE NOTICE...
With the rates changing for USPS and their addition of dimensional weight charges for items over 1 Cubic Foot. We have no way of being able to get over 3000 listings corrected. Therefore if an item paid for by wieght will NOT fit into the 1 Cubic Ft requirement, we will have to ship the item by Ground Carrier. If there is any problem with this and a buyer wants to pay the additional dimensional weight shipping cost incurred then email us. Or feel free to contact us and inquire if we are going to be able to use the Priority mail packaging. Ongoing with new listings, this will be taken care of in the shipping calculator, but for those existing listings, it is not going to be possible for us to get them all corrected. We offer our items and below cost of most other seller's and do not have a cushion built in for shipping, so simply cannot finiancially absorb the crazy dimensional cost of shipping items that is proposed by USPS. In most cases, it will cost us more to ship by ground, but not as much to pay the new USPS rates, that additional cost of sending by ground, we will absorb, until we can get these old listings changed or sold through. We will gladly refund a buyers monies if they are against this change of shipping and we hope you all understand the need of this. This does not pertain to too many items we have, but it does and particularly does if someone is purchasing multiple listings, as eBay's system is not going to know anything but weight and will not magically know the box size it can all fit in.

ALL items shipped are shipped with full insurance coverage, regardless of shipping method or source. | | Delivery | We ship Mon-Sat with USPS and Mon-Fri with Ground Shippers, usually FedEx, for domestic shipments. International Shipments are shipped Mon-Fri. Most cases Priority Mail is received within 1-3 business days. Ground Shippers can be from 1-6 Business days, depending upon your location to us here in SC. We do follow up after 7 days, to assure that your package has arrived, if it has not, then please let us know, the quicker we can follow up with a shipper on a package, the more likely any problems can be found and corrected. We reply with direct emails for inquiries through eBay, this way we have a record of these, as we can not view these anywhere on eBay. If you are one that ask questions and blocks your email, it could happen that we do not catch this and send it to an invalid email or it may take more than 24 hours to respond, since we can only respond once through eBay system, we may have to wait longer than 24 hours in order for us to be able to get your answer and reply back through eBay the next evening. But regardless, we will always reply to each question and email that is sent to us and if you do not hear from us, email us again please, as no reply means that something went askew with the last email in some form or fashion, but check your SPAM folder, should your email client have one, to assure that the email did not go there in error. |
