I accept most any form of payment. You can use credit cards by going through Bidpay or Paypal. You can send me a check or money order too. However, for obvious reasons, no item will be shipped out until payment in full is received and confirmed. Generally speaking, payment in full must be received no less than 7 days after listing end. But, if a buyer has not completed payment, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction for any reason.
United States Postal Service Parcel Post shipping, and UPS Ground shipping are my carriers and shipping methods of choice. Unless otherwise noted, these are my default shipping choices. Sometimes because of time constraints, a buyer may pay for USPS Parcel Post shipping, but receive their item USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, instead. I will generally use the shipping carrier and service of my choice. However, if a buyer pays for an upgraded shipping service, (for faster delivery), of course I will ship that item via their indicated choice, as quickly as possible.
Handling time may be up to 5 days. If a buyer pays for an expedited shipping service, or asks in advance for quick or rush handling, I will do my very best to get an item to a customer ASAP. But, these arrangements must be made in advance.
Items are presented in listings and text as accurately as possible. I wish only to make my customers happy and continue to sell my items. With this in mind, I ask that only serious bidders bid on or buy my items.

Builder's Lighting Supply specializes in providing quality electrical fixtures, and lighting products & accessories to the frugal internet consumer. At this time, this store is operated mainly by one person; Me. I believe this gives me an advantage in that I personally deal with every aspect of each transaction. I photograph the item, create the listing, package the item, and personally ensure it's delivery to the carrier for shipment.
I am not out to get rich off of any single eBay transaction. I offer most items at Buy It Now or Best Offer because my operating costs fluctuate, including item cost. Sometimes I can get a better deal on one item, than I did on another, identical item. For example, I may have 10 identical items up for auction, but I may have paid $5 each for 5 items, and $7 each for 5 more of the same item. I sell these using 'or Best Offer' so that I don't have to have multiple listings for identical items. I will accept a smaller offer for the items I paid $5 for.
I genuinely consider all offers, but I don't make a killing on my listings, so if a 'potential buyer' offers less than half of what my listing is priced, I probably will not respond, because I can't afford to sell for that amount, and quite honestly, I would not think that person is a serious eBay shopper.
