- Made from 80% quartz crystals and bonded together with 20% acrylic resin
- Quartz crystals are forced to the surface, making the finished sink as hard as a rock
- Able to withstand the abrasive teeth of a household fork when run across the surface repeatedly
- Capable of withstanding almost any household chemical (such as Soft Scrub™, AJAX™ and Comet™) as well as particularly tough foodstuffs such as red wine
- Stain resistance is far superior to any other composite material
- Withstands all typical household impacts such as pots, pans, and heavy utensils
- Heat resistant to 530° F
- No other composite sink can withstand hotter temperatures than Ultrastone - Ultrastone has been tested with 10,000 cycles of hot and cold water (thermal shock) without a crack
- Easy to clean because of its natural, nonporous, nonabsorbent surface
- Wet cloth is all you need for most clean ups
- Utensil marks or tough dried food stains can be cleaned with an abrasive cleaner such as Soft Scrub™, Bon Ami®, AJAX™ or Comet™
