• Will ship to US only
• We ONLY ship to Confirmed Paypal address, or send us payment via Money order or bank transfer if your shipping address is not confirmed. Buyer is responsible for additional re-shipping cost if your Paypal/eBay address is out of date (example: if you moved to different address, please make sure your eBay/Paypal addresses are updated)
• We reserve rights to cancel transaction if shipping address is not confirmed; we will refund your payment.
• Will not ship to PO box, APO or FPO
• Ship Days (Monday through Friday, usually within 24 hours)
• Your item will be shipped on the same or next business day upon the receipt of completed payment.
• We are not responsible for shipping damages or lost. We insure all items we ship. It is your responsibility to accept delivery in person and inspect package before accepting delivery. Please make sure to open the box immediately when taking delivery, to avoid potential issues. Do NOT sign for any damaged package and report it to driver immediately, have driver sign for damage.
• We will help to work with carriers to resolve shipping issues, but we are not responsible resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or received the returned item from customers.

RETURNS

• Inspect all shipments upon arrival and before signing delivery receipts
• If there is damage, you must refuse the order describe the damage on the delivery receipt. Simply write items arrived damaged
• If the shipment is accepted and no damage is noted on the receipt, we reserve the right NOT to refund or replace your item/items
