What would be the shipping to zip code 12345, etc?
Our Standard shipping, handling, packing and insurance cost is a flat rate whatever is mentioned in our shipping terms. We do not ship to any PO Box address.
How soon will I receive my sink?
We try to ship your sink the next business day through FedEx Ground after receiving the payment, you should usually receive it within 5 business days but we do ask you to allow 5-7 business days for shipping. However, Let us know if you have special circumstances, we will make special arrangements to accommodate your need free of charge but you would have to take care of extra shipping cost. No shipments on weekends since FedEx ground does not accept any packages on Saturday or Sunday. Fedex ground cutoff time is 10am and if we receive your payment after 10am, your sink will ship out the following day.
Do you inspect your sinks before shipping?
All merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.
What If my sink is damaged during shipping?
In the unfortunate event that your sink is damaged during shipping, we ask you to report the damage to Fedex at once. The best practice is to open the package right away and notify the damage if any. Please contact us by sending email to claims@carreraintl.com within 3 days of receipt, no claims will be entertained after the deadline of 3 days. Uninsured sinks are not eligible for a replacement/refund if damaged during shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable in any instance. Buyers will be responsible for all shipping charges if a replacement or refund becomes necessary.
Do you have two close matching(pair) sinks in stock?
First and foremost, no two sinks are alike. There is a always a possibility of finding good close matches with our strong inventory. Keep in mind, if we can't find a good satisfying match here, we will get it manufactured from our overseas manufacturing facility to satisfy your need. |
