Below you will find answers to your questions regarding how to exchange or return a product you ordered from us. Please read the entire policy carefully.

Our Returns Department will evaluate and if warranted issue a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.

Warranties:

We reserve the right to forward all warranty issues directly to the product manufacturer or to refer customers to the manufacturer with all or any guarantee, defective merchandise or warranty issues.

Exchange An Order:

If we determine an exchange is appropriate we will do so for another item of equal value, provided that you pay all shipping costs incurred during the exchange.  If you require an item of greater value, additional charges will apply.  If there is a problem with your order due to a mis-shipment, please let us know and we will issue an RMA and arrange for a reshipment or cross-shipment.  Defective items can only be exchanged for the same item and not entitled for a refund. If an item is damaged we must be notified immeditately within 24 hours from receipt of shipment.

Return An Order:

All authorized inspected and approved returns are subject to a 25% product restocking fee. A store credit may also be issued for subsequent orders. Please note the items listed below cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Swimming pool items & all accessories
• Holiday or seasonal items
• Any inflatable item 
• Portable Air conditioners
• Any footwear that has been worn
• Any blister-packed item where the seal is cut or broken

Note:

• Unauthorized returns will not be processed, and sent back to the customer at their own expense

• Unauthorized returns will not be entitled to any refunds

• Unauthorized returns are subject to a $25 administrative fee 

• To expedite the exchange process we recommend placing a new order for the desired item, instead of waiting for the exchange process.  This helps ensure that your item will be in stock and that you can receive it promptly.  This procedure is referred to as a cross-shipment and our friendly customer service staff can assist you with this procedure.

• Items being returned MUST be in their orginal, unsused condition and in their original packaging.  We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. This helps us ensure that we only sell brand new items, and that our customers do not receive previously used merchandise.  The item will be sent back to you at your expense if we feel it has been used and no credit will be issued. Each item is thoroughly inspected by our returns department, so please do not send back used merchandise.

• Refused packages and items returned without a proper RMA number will be suject to a restocking fee of 25%.

• All shipping charges are nonrefundable.  In addition, customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to sending an item back to Brands on Sale.

• International orders that may arrive late due to custom delays are beyond our control therefore we will not be held accountable for this issue.  Please allow for extra time for possible custom delays.  In addition, all custom fees, tariffs, duties, etc. are the sole responsibility of the customer and not Brands on Sale.

• All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping.  If an item is damaged or destoyed in shipping, please contact us or the carrier immediately upon inspection so we can remedy the situation.

• Defective or damaged item?

Please Note:  Some product features (Colors and materials) are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer's production runs.  These changes, no matter how slight, are beyound our control.  The manufacturer's do not always notify us of these variations.
