Most items are in original manufactures box but box may have some damage due to shelf wear or from prior shipping. We will double box or cardboard box wrap each item if needed. Additional packing material may be added to protect item during shipment. If you receive an item and it is not as we describe, we will cheerfully refund your money 100% including return shipping charges up to original shipping charges. When you are happy, we are happy and will be glad to leave feedback after we receive feedback.

 You will automatically receive a shipping number from our shipper when your item is shipped. Shipping insurance is included to protect against loss or damage. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Do not return damaged items without a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without authorization will delay refund process.
