• If delivered product is faulty or not as described, the winning bidder may return the item within 7 days of receipt of product for a refund of the winning bid amount or a replacement product.
• The winning bidder will be responsible for all shipping/handling costs.
• The winning bidder is required to contact us prior to returning the item for proper RMA expedition.

• All boxed items are shipped via UPS ground.
• We do NOT ship eBay auctions outside the United States.
• We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
• An extra charge will apply for shipment to Alaska or Hawaii.
• If an expedited shipping method is preferred, an adjusted shipping quote can be provided upon request.

• In the event of a product damaged/lost during shipment, the customer will need to file a claim with the shipping courier.

Local pickup is allowed - 7.72% Sales Tax will be applied to the winning bid amount in addition to a Pickup Fee ($9.99 for the first item and $4.99 for each additional item thereafter).
