If your order is received and paid for before 12:00 PM pacific time Monday through Friday, It will normally be shipped the same day; otherwise the following business day. Please note, this policy does not apply to orders received or paid for on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) issued by me (Product returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at my sole discretion may be refused). At my discretion, all non-defective returns MAY be assessed a 20% restocking fee within 14 days of shipping. S&H will not be refunded. Non-defective products will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging. Products can be returned within 14 days of sale. Returns must be returned postage paid regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without shipping or handing charges to you. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from shipping, regardless of reason. Refusals and Non-Deliverables: You are responsible for all shipping charges and return service charges on any refused order. I will credit your account for all merchandise less a 20% restocking fee.
