1) PAYMENT- We prefer Paypal (US dollars) but will accept credit cards by phone and money orders. We do not accept personal checks, or checks for over the amount. Payment within 10 days. If you win it you bought it!! Paypal malfunctions are NOT an excuse for non-payment. Wire transfers are not acceptable forms of payment. We reserve the right to delay shipment until payment clears the bank! Colorado residents MUST pay sales tax!
2) FEEDBACK- We automatically leave feedback after it is left for us.
Negative or neutral feedback is unnecessary, so if there is a problem with your order or your merchandise, CALL US!! We will ALWAYS fix the problem!
3) SHIPPING- In stock items ship 1-2 business days after payment is received or cleared. Tracking numbers provided upon request by telephone or through Ebay e-mail system only! We do not respond to notes sent through Paypal. We reserve the right to deny shipment to members with UNCONFIRMED Paypal addresses. If we are unable to ship all or part of your order for any reason, will give an IMMEDIATE refund.
4) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- We welcome international orders, but shipment takes longer. The U.S. Postal Service no longer ships via surface. Therefore, all international shipments must be via air. International tracking is not always available. If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will refund your money. Insurance is required on all international orders. We will NOT mark international packages as GIFT. International customers are responsible for all shipping, insurance, and duties & taxes levied by the country to which we are shipping.
5) INVENTORY- All items are subject to prior sale. If we run out of something we will give an immediate refund. We ask your patience and forgiveness. We would do the same for you.
6) RETURNS- Returns are never a problem. Power tools are a special case and you need to call us first. If something is our mistake or if the item is defective, we will refund your shipping charges as well. All returns require prior authorization. Call us! We will work it out!
7) WARRANTIES. All power tool warranties are through the manufacturer of the tool and dated sales receipt will be required at a service center in your area. OTHER WARRANTIES: Most of our hand tools carry lifetime warranties. CALL US!!
