Diablo Cable, Inc. warranties all goods sold for a period of one year. This warranty policy only covers purchases made by retail end-user customers and does not apply to wholesalers and resellers. Wholesalers and resellers need to contact your account representative to determine the warranty period for any purchases from Diablo Cable, Inc. This warranty policy supercedes any other described US domestic warranty policy for Diablo Cable, Inc..
Returns may only be authorized by a represetantive from Diablo Cable, Inc. Buyers must receive a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping any product back. All non-warranty returns will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. You may obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization form by clicking contacting Diablo Cable. |

| International Buyers - Must Read |
International buyers need to send us your phone number in order to process International shipments. We cannot ship Internationally without a phone number.
Duties & Taxes: If you have never ordered Internationally before, please be aware that your country may charge certain fees, duties and taxes. Paying these fees, duties and taxes is the responsibility of the buyer. If you have questions regarding the fees, duties and taxes your country may charge, then you should contact the appropriate agency within your local government.
USPS VS UPS: Please be advised that while USPS is significantly cheaper than shipping with UPS it can also be significantly slower. USPS is far less efficient at managing customs and can sustain long delays of 3-4 weeks. Whether you choose to ship with UPS or USPS, we will provide you with a tracking number and a website to track from. We cannot be responsible for chasing down USPS for you when delays are encountered. We will only make an effort to contact USPS after 30 days has passed from the date of shipment. We have shipped many packages to numerous countries using USPS and have never once had a package lost. Rest assured, whatever you choose, your package will get there.
International Warranty: Our warranty for International purchases is limited to 90-Days. Shipping charges are not covered for warranty returns on International purchases. All International warranty items must receive prior approval and must be returned to Diablo Cable, Inc. before a replacement or refund will be processed. This warranty policy supercedes any other described warranty policy.
International Shipping Prices: To find out what prices are for shipping to your country, please scroll down and select your country from the "Country" menu. If your country is not present, please email us for for shipping quote. We will gladly ship on your UPS, FedEx, or DHL account, however we charge a $10.00 fee for International order processing when using a buyers shipper number.
