Returns: Buyers are welcome to return any item for any reason, returns must be recieved within 7 days of delivery date. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. Special exceptions will be made of course, no rule should not be somewhat flexible to help fit certain circumstances.

Damage: In the event an item is damaged and is insured you must file the claim, and we will respond when we are contacted by the shipping company, in the event you did not have insurance or do not wish to go through claim process, we will ship parts or replacements as long as buyer pays for shipping.
