Terms Of Sale
Payment Terms: We accept money orders (payable in US$), cashier’s checks (payable in US$), and PayPal (U.S. accounts only, payable in US$). If you pay via PayPal, we do not accept, nor will we ship to an unconfirmed shipping address. PayPal e-checks (also known as bank transfers) can take up to 14 business days to clear. Personal checks, business checks, stamps, foreign currency, gift cards to any gas station in the US, working laptop computers with 2 or more USB ports, etc. are never accepted as payment (but will be considered to be a gift to me for all the birthday’s that you missed :) We do not offer COD or layaway. FL shipments must add 7% sales tax to help pay for new voting equipment and hurricane evacuation maps. We fully participate in the eBay non-paying bidder process. Purchases not paid for within 10 days are considered forfeited and may be sold to another bidder.
Shipping Terms: Shipping costs are listed below (near the bottom of this page), and apply only to addresses with a U.S. zip code. USPS First Class Parcel service (if available) can be VERY SLOW. Choose at your own risk. Shipping costs also apply to this like/same item only. We do not ship internationally (this especially includes Canada and Italy). We no longer offer local pickup service. We ship Monday - Friday, except during holidays, birthdays, disasters, or if we are on vacation (you’ll see the yellow banner across the auction page). This is not guaranteed, either explicitly or implied. If you absolutely must have something quickly or by a certain date - overnight shipping is available for an extra cost. Shipments that are returned to us unclaimed or refused will not be reshipped for free. This also applies if you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address. Any inquiries and/or complaints originating from the delivery of your purchase once it has left our hands should be directed towards the Post Office, who you have paid to handle the delivery of your merchandise. Insurance is available if you find the above too daunting to handle on your own. Insurance is especially recommended if your postman is meaner than you are or can shout louder than you can.
Other: Interested in combined shipping? eBay’s invoice system is not able to handle non-alike combined shipping calculations – so send me an email when you are done shopping, and I will send you a corrected invoice with the correct shipping amount. Any changes to the Terms Of Sale must be approved by me in writing before the sale. All shipments include an emailed shipping notification to the email address listed on your PayPal account. If you do not receive it, please keep checking your email until you do. Please do not ask me to resend it because by the time I get around to forwarding the carbon copy back to you, you would have received the package about 45 days ago. The shipping amounts listed anywhere within this auction apply to this same-like item only. Also, the terms and conditions within the above three (3) paragraphs supersede any that eBay and/or PayPal may interject, or any that you have or think you have seen (either physical or supernatural), heard (ditto), or thought (ditto). I am not responsible for how you use this product. Some items may require professional installation and/or usage. If you don’t know what you are doing – get a pro to assist you.
