If the item is DOA, not working, not as stated, report the problem within 2 business days to: alltopbargains@bellsouth.net and we
will issue a "Return for Replacement" authorization and replace/repair the item
at our expense. All expenses MUST be approved by us or we wont reimburse
you for the return charges. If however after 2 and within 7 days you find your item defective, we will issue a "RFR" authorization but you will be responsible for shipping back to us.
