STORE POLICIES
PAYMENT
Payment is due within 2 days after purchase. We only accept payment through Paypal. We have found it is the best way to assure mutual protection. If you don’t have a Paypal account, we recommend you get one. It’s easy and it’s free, just click on the Paypal link and follow the instructions.
RETURNS
NEW ITEMS - If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it, within 14 days, for a refund. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping / handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Item must be returned in new and unused condition. Return authorization can be obtained by contacting seller through eBay Messages. Do not return item until you have a return authorization.
USED ITEMS – All items are sold as-is with no warranty given or implied and are non-returnable. Items are inspected and tested. We do our best to accurately describe their condition. PLEASE read the description, look at the pictures and ask any questions before bidding. If you aren’t sure DON’T BID!
SHIPPING
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Average time of arrival is 5-7 days for domestic shipments. Make sure to include your physical address. We will NOT ship to a PO Box. The listed shipping costs are for the lower 48 states. Contact us for shipping costs to Alaska or Hawaii. Currently we do not ship internationally.
SALES TAX
We charge 6% sales tax for all orders shipping within Idaho. Tax exemption is available if we are provided with a valid Idaho resale certificate.
FEEDBACK
We will leave feedback once we have received feedback. If you have any issues with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to work it out to mutual satisfaction. If we receive negative feedback without being contacted first we will leave negative feedback as well.

WE USE WHAT WE SELL
We have been in the construction business for over 16 years. During that time we have used (and occasionally abused) our tools on projects ranging from small residential repairs to large industrial contracting. We have tested and used almost every type and brand of tool out there.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT TOOL
Decide what you are going to use your tools for. If you are a homeowner or do it yourselfer who only use your tools occasionally or for small projects, you can probably get by on lower grade tools. However, if you are a professional who uses their tools daily and depends on them to make a living, it definitely pays to buy the best. In other words “the cheapest is not always the best.” We sell a wide range of tools in order to accommodate all types of users, but remember “you get what you pay for.”
