This is a nifty little Kinetic Travel Iron. It features dual voltage, 120 or 220 volt, with adaptor plug, a spray mist attachment and detachable handle for compact storage. This is a vintage item from a recent estate sale, circa 1985. It looks like it was never used. I did try it out and it works great!
