Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items must be in resalable condition. Items that smell of cigarette smoke, are dirty, or have pet hair may not be returned. My Bedding inventory is from Major Department stores. It was store displays, customer returns, opened packages, in wrong package, mismatched pieces, overstocks, discontinued and/or damaged goods. I check every item and tell you if I find any flaws, stains, or damage. All items are sold as is. I am human and thus can make a mistake. Therefore, if you purchase an item and find a major flaw that I did not catch, I will work with you. Customer service is very important to me. Together we will find a solution. Please remember most items have been taken out of package for inspection or may have come to me out of the package, thus they may need ironed and/or washed before you use them.
