It's made out of 100% cotton fabric and will fit standard sized rods.
The valance measures 40" wide X 12" (entire length) long with a 2" ruffle on top.
(depending on window size more than one may be needed)
ALL OF OUR VALENCES/TOPPERS ARE *LINED* WITH A QUALITY SOLID WHITE COTTON FABRIC WHICH GIVES THE VALANCE A FINISHED LOOK WHEN INSTALLED ON THE DRAPERY ROD.
WHEN SHOPPING AROUND FOR VALENCES ASK IF THEY ARE LINED; MOST LIKELY THEY AREN'T!
