EZ LISTS ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE SALES PRICE OF THE RELEVANT GOODS AND $100. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
TERMS OF SALE
By placing a bid on this item you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described item. We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.
Electronics, Appliances and Computers
Unless the operating condition of electronics, appliances and/or computers is listed in the description, the item should only be considered "powered on" functional. This means we have plugged the item in and determined that it will power up. No other testing has or will be conducted.
Vehicle and other High value Items:
Payment Information: A deposit of $500 (non-refundable) must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours.
Any items marked for pick-up must be picked up within 7 days after auction closes.
