Payment Details

We prefer Paypal, but accept checks. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close unless other arrangements have been made.  If you are still biddingm just let me knowand I'll delay invoicing.

Shipping

We prefer to ship small to medium items by USPS with delivery confirmation.  For larger items, we will search for the best rate.  We also ship worldwide and may need to research the exact shipping cost, so please email us before bidding if cost is a concern.  We keep our shipping costs low and fair and never use shipping as a mechanism to make money.  We do charge for packing materials on some breakable items.  If we are including those costs, they will be included in the item description.  We are always willing to combine shipping to save you money.  If you buy multiple items, please wait for us to send you an invoice as we reweigh and reprice. 

Insurance

We recommend you consider insurance on your purchase as we cannot be responsible for the item once it leaves our control.  We require insurance on breakable and/or high dollar value items.  We normally ship every other day.  Breakable items are normally shipped on the weekends when we have more time for packing.

Returns

We make every effort to describe our items completely and honestly.  We understand there may be times that despite our best efforts, the item you purchase may not suit.  In such a case, we ask that you contact us immediately and arrange to return the item.  When we receive the item (in the same condition as sent), we will refund you for the cost of the item.  We do not refund shipping costs.  The best way to avoid disappointment is to ask questions.  We are always ready to answer.

Feedback

We leave feedback when we receive your payment.  We hope that you will leave feedback when your purchase arrives.  If there are any problems, please contact us for resolution before leaving negative feedback.  We want you to be a satisfied customer.  Please understand, we have no control over transit times and actual shipping costs, so please consider only those things within our control when leaving feedback for our dashboard.  Maintaining the highest level is difficult and means reduced seller fees.  If we lose our seller discounts, our costs increase and we have no choice but to pass it on.  We hope you understand.
