Shipping costs include added featured item packaging, and or plants purchase soil additives to ensure plant and or item health during the shipping process. They also include .75 cents for USPS Delivery Confirmation, Pay Pal processing fees & the shipping and handling fees associated with your purchase. Insurance on Featured Item purchases is already included in the listed shipping fee. <p>
All filled orders are now photographed before they are packed and shipped out.
If for some reason any plants seeds or featured items arrive in less than satisfactory condition we require pictorial proof. This is in the form of a non fuzzy digital photograph of the unpacked package and plants or featured item. Replacement/refunds will be issued upon review of the photograph, as long as it is the actual plant or item originally shipped. I process all orders with great care and am very familiar with the plants I sell and ship. Substitute dead plants photographed will not be refunded. There will be a shipping charge for replacements. Under normal circumstances we send replacements or give store credit. If for some reason we can't replace, we only refund the buy it now/auction purchase price through PayPal. Shipping & handling costs will not be refunded because USPS doesn't refund them.
