Payments- We accept credit card payments over the phone, PayPal, cashier’s checks or money orders. No personal checks please. To pay by phone, please call us toll free at 1-877-640-3806 7 days a week between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. MST. We appreciate payment within 7 days of invoicing. We only accept PayPal for international orders including orders shipped to Canada.

Combined Shipping- We are happy to combine shipping whenever possible! This saves you a great deal of money in shipping charges and makes packing orders easier for us!

To qualify for combined shipping, please email us once you’re done shopping and we will send you a combined invoice for all of your purchases. Wait to pay until you receive this combined invoice as we can only combine shipping when one payment is made for all items.

Insurance- We offer insurance as an option, but we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for your package. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail system if no insurance is purchased.

International Orders- We ship worldwide. Please email us for shipping rates to your country prior to making a purchase. We only accept PayPal for international orders including orders shipped to Canada.

Returns- We do not accept returns EXCEPT in the rare event of a manufacturer's defect. If your item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to replace it. We will need the item returned to us, but we're happy to pay for the shipping to get the damaged item back to us.
