Return Policy:

On all of our silver products, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy from the date the package is delivered. We understand that items may look different physically than in photos or scans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at ledapa@hotmail.com and we will work with you to resolve all issues.

To arrange a return, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Note that a return authorization code (RAC) is required prior to mailing back your return. Returns MUST have the return authorization code marked clearly on the outside of the package or they will not be honored.

All items must be returned within 30 days of original shipping date. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Please be sure to send your return merchandise via a traceable method (delivery confirmation or insured mail). We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged en route.

Upon receipt of the returned item, your refund will be made through PayPal within a week.
