We scan most of our products. Sometimes the silver and white gold will look darker than actual color. All of our products are backed by a 30 day money back (less shipping) guarantee. Buyer is to ship the product back, once it is received back by us, you will get the refund.

Shipping: We ship Priority or Overnight mail using the United States Post or any service through UPS. I ship these methods because the supplies are free, and that offset us having to add on handling charges. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

International Shipping: We will ship Air Mail or Global Priority using the United States Post Office or any service with UPS. Certain items can’t be shipped Global Priority, so we will always try to find the cheapest shipping method for you.

Some of our products we require insurance. Any other time it is the buyers responsibility to purchase the insurance offered through the shipping carrier. Once the package leaves us, we do not assume responsibility to lost or damaged packages.

Yes we do COMBINE SHIPPING.

Payment: We accept Pay Pal, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders in US DOLLARS ONLY. Contact must be made within 3 days and payment within 7 days. If for some reason, you can’t make the payment within 7 days please email us to work something out. After the 10th day, Ebay will be contacted if no contact is made. And the item will be re-listed.
