Some possess one or more price tags and/or stickers indicating multiple mark-down prices and have been exposed to appreciable customer contact. In addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (from retailer back to warehouse), they can show signs of further handling. Accordingly, Shelf-Pulls can exhibit seam separations, surface dirt/makeup that will come out when washed or dry- cleaned. Loose thread/beads/embroider, very small snags or runs are some of the types of conditions you may find that will not be noted and items will be advertised as “New with Tags” and we will not accept returns for those minor things. However, if any item has a major flaw, it will be noted clearly in the description. Sometimes flaws will even be in the description if it major. Missing beads/embellishments will be noted if it does not come with extra. We guarantee if any item has a major flaw that is not noted, you will receive a full refund including the shipping.
