end. Please do not bid on or attempt to purchase merchandise if you are

SELLER DUE DILIGENCE: As an eBay seller, we take the time to present
to you our listings as thoroughly and accurately as possible. As a buyer
we ask that you please read the details carefully that we provide in our
listings such as sizes, weights, and measurements to help avoid any misunderstandings.
Our photographs are close-ups of the merchandise we offer intended to
provide you with as much visual detail as possible. Some
images may not be representative of actual size or scale.

Once a buyer sends in payment for a purchase,
we must assume that the buyer understands the details associated with
the listing.
SHIPPING:
We
will ship to a PayPal confirmed address only. Buyer will need to confirm
address with PayPal prior to shipping. To protect your money and our merchandise
we require every shipment to be insured. The cost of insurance will be
included in the shipping charge. When a listing states free shipping,
insurance will be included free of charge. International buyers will be
responsible for any customs duties and taxes. Customs duties & taxes
are beyond our control and are not included in our shipping charges. Buyer
assumes full liability for any shipment addressed to a PO Box. Seller
is not responsible for shipping service transit times.
SALES
TAX: California residents are subject to 8.25% sales tax on all purchases
through PayPal checkout.
RETURN
POLICY: Exchanges or refunds are considered at seller's discretion
only. If an exchange or refund is granted, we cannot refund the original
shipping charge or selling fees, nor can we refund any costs you may incur
when sending a shipment back to us. The item(s) must be returned packaged
safely and securely in new, unused condition within 7 days via insured,
trackable shipping. We cannot refund your money if an item being returned
is damaged or lost en route to us by 3rd party carriers.
