We strive to be the BEST and FASTEST SHIPPER on eBay. Once your payment has cleared, most orders are processed and shipped out by the next business day. If you checkout Sunday through Thursday, we will process your shipment the next business day.  If you checkout on Friday through Sunday, we will process your shipment on Monday or the next business day.  Orders are not processes on weekends and holidays.

Shipping will be $4.60 through USPS Priority Mail and will be added to the final auction price.  If additional pieces of sheet music are ordered through our Ebay store the highest initial shipping cost will be charged and each additional item will only be charged an $1.00 per item.   Pelican Music will not charge more than $10.00 for total shipping on multiple sheet music purchases for shipments to US locations.  The order needs to ship to one location via USPS Priority Flat Rate Box.

For international shipping Global Priority Mail is utilized.  We will ship only to countries where this service is available.  Shipping to Canada will cost $10.00 and $2.00 for each additional piece of sheet music.  Shipping to Europe and Mexico via USPS Priority mail will be a flat rate of $20.00 and $2.00 for additional piece of sheet music. 

Sales Tax of 7.25% will be charged for Illinois residents.     

Returns will only be accepted due to error on part of Pelican Music Publishing.  Our product is protected under US Copyright laws.  ALL SALES are final.  No refunds will be given.  Contact us if a problem exists with the order due to shipment damage.  We will work with you to collect from the proper shipping company if insurance was purchased by you and try to resolve the problem as equitably as possible for both parties.
