It is an Orto Cat Self Service pet feeder, no batteries required, just remove lid wind the food tray fill the individual food compartments and replace the cover. with the press of a paw the inner food tray turns to expose the next meal, Center bowl on lid for water too. The Orto Cat is made of tough high-impact hygienic plastic for ease of cleaning, and measures a full 11" across. New Never used in box New Old stock from store closing. Box dated 1989 Ortocat.
