ORDER PROCESS
We do require a 15 minimum when ordering invitations and/or announcements. Volume discounts are available. Please see our
Pricing page for details. If the quantity you're ordering is eligible for a discount, please contact
us to make a special listing for you with the correct price.
Please include your personalized text in the note section of the Paypal checkout or send it via email. If sending it via email, please include your eBay ID so we know what order it belongs to. Feel free to use our wording or your own wording. Also include any special instructions you may have, and if there is more than one design/color scheme shown, we'll need to know which one you would like.
Once personalized text and cleared payment have been received, you will receive a proof via email. We will not print and ship your order until we receive proof approval. Once you approve your proof, please allow us time to process and ship your order. For the current processing schedule, please see our
Store Policies page. Rush processing and shipping is available for an additional charge. If you have a tight deadline, please contact
us before you make the purchase, to confirm that we will be able to process and ship your order by the date needed.

FONT STYLE & ENVELOPE COLOR
You may use the font style & font color of your choice. Please see our
Fonts page for a list of available font styles. We are very proud to say we offer colored envelopes at NO additional charge. We have lots of colors to choose from!
COORDINATING ITEMS
Coordinating items, like note cards, advice cards, address labels, envelope seals, candy wrappers, goody bag labels and gift tags are available for all designs. We have hundreds of designs and are adding new ones almost daily. We list coordinating items as we have time or as requested. If you don't see your specific theme, please make your purchase from the "any theme" listing. If you prefer to see the product first, please contact

SAMPLES & BLANK CARD STOCK
Blank card stock is available for those of you who prefer to save money and print the personalized text at home. The current price can be found on our
Pricing page. If you would like to buy blank card stock, please contact
us so we can make a listing for you with the correct price. Samples are available for all invitation and announcement designs. While we are certain you'll be thrilled with any product you buy, we understand you may want to see the product before making your purchase. You can buy a sample from our "Sample Invitation" listing.

S&H is $5.95 for orders totaling less than $100.00, and $7.95 for orders totaling $100.00 or more. We love to save you money by combining your purchases. This will get you the lowest S&H charges. In order for this to happen, you must make your purchases, but do NOT pay until we combine your purchases and adjust the S&H charges. Once you make payment, we can no longer make adjustments.
All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, an estimated 2-3 day transit time. A delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you once your package has shipped. USPS express mail which is overnight to MOST areas, is available for an additional cost.
We do ship worldwide. Please contact
us for a quote.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have left our hands. Insurance is optional but available for your protection.
We accept Paypal, money orders, cashier checks and personal checks. Paypal is always the fastest method of payment. Personal checks will be held for 10 days until the funds clear. Please remember, we will not process your order until cleared payment is received. A delay in payment means a delay in your order.
