This is an original, one of a kind, hand painted Animation Production Cel used in the actual production of a Pink Panther animated film, and taken from the animation Drawing created by the film's animators. The background is a hand painted production background and not xeroxed.
The Drawing is the basis for the Cel, and the image is transferred onto the sheet of the celluloid prior tho the actual hand painting of each Cel.
An Animation Production Cel is the final state of the art process in the making of the animated film. The fluid motion portrayed in an animation cartoon is the result of thousands of original paintings. Each Cel is a complete hand painted original, created by a highly skilled animation artist.
Original hand-painted Production Cel, plus Drawing. Dimensions: 10.5" x 12.5." The Cel and Drawings come beautifully matted using 100% acid free Rag board with a Foamcore back measuring 15" x 27" The piece is in excellent condition, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
