PLEASE wait for our invoice before paying. If payment is made prior to the invoice & shipping did not combine we cannot revise or refund shipping charges. International Customers are responsible for all customs & related fees. If item gets lost or stolen in transit, or for any reason not of fault by us, only the price of the goods will be refunded, shipping is non-refundable in such cases. Many clothing items are titled NWT (new with tags) but do not have retail store tags. Our items are purchased from manufacturers (not retail stores) in large wholesale lots. We advertise as NWT as they are new and would have tags if they were purchased in a retail store. All clothing has the size and or label. Occasionally we have to report a non-paying bidder (NPB). If we are not paid or contacted within 7 days we begin eBay procedure & report the NPB. Afterwards, if we are not paid we ban the NPB from bidding in the future. NPB's & negative feedback is taken very seriously in the eBay community. We expect that you will fulfill the commitment you make when you complete your purchase.
