All items are generally shipped within 10 business days after payment is cleared. The only time there is an exception to this is in a holiday period. We ship orders out on a daily basis. |

All orders are considered Final Sale unless it arrives factory defective. In this case we can be contacted at 888-822-8861 and can authorize an exchange for the defective item, thre will be no refunds given out. Items must be shipped back in original packaging within a 3 day period and must not be used. |
