Payment: Do not bid or do a "buy it now" if you are not planning to pay! Payment must be received within 7 business days from the end of the auction. Payment options: PayPal, Money Order, Cashiers Check. Ask me about Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) payments.

Shipping: Items are usually shipped 1-2 business days after payment has been received. We usually ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Shipments via US Postal Service are shipped twice a week.

Claims: Transportation companies are responsible for any shipment damages once the shipment has left Scrubber City, Inc. We are not liable for carrier damages. Please inspect all shipments and report any shortages or damages to the delivering carrier immediately. Otherwise, your claims will not be accepted. Inform us about any problems with your shipment within 48 hours from date of receipt. After this time period any claims will not be accepted.

Returns: All sales are final! No returns on merchandise will be accepted without prior approval by Scrubber City, Inc. No return on any electrical parts. All returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless covered by warranty, shipped in error or excluded by Scrubber City, Inc.
