Sanitaire Floor Machines are UL listed and built to last with chrome plated steel housings. Twin capacitors provide the extra torque to confidently use on carpet or bare floors. The exclusive quick connect handle reduces the package size by 40%, allowing for convenient UPS shipping. Additional features include a planetary gear box, 50-foot power cord and a safety shut-off switch

• Buyer pays all Shipping Fees which can be calculated by putting your zip code in the box labeled shipping calculator below.  We offer shipping discounts for multiple item orders.  Please inquire.  In order to expedite the shipping process and  save the buyer some time and money we reserve the right to use the identical services of UPS, DHL,  Federal Express or USPS instead of the choice given to you by Ebay  without prior notification or written consent.  For example from UPS to FedEx.

• Some of the items that we send through UPS or the Post Office require additional packing material to protect it from damage. We may have to open a factory sealed box or case to insert this packing material or to take pictures for internet listings.

• The merchandise normally will be shipped out 2 - 7  Business days after payment is  received.  Some high demand items may go on backorder for a short period of time or may be necessary to have item drop shipped directly from the manufactures warehouse.

• All items returned must be unopened and unused in the original packaging.  Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase if above condition applies.   Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.  Shipping and Handling charge are absolutely not refundable.  There will be NO COD returns accepted at our offices.  Once the product is inspected and determined it is brand new, unused, unopened, and original condition, we will send a refund with the same process at payment was made.  Some items may be subject up to a 25% restocking fee, please inquire.
