What are your terms of sale?

PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT. RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN (7) SEVEN CALENDAR DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE ANY CLAIMS WITH THE CARRIERS FOR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT. JARCO INDUSTRIES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS.

If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we might send them in separate boxes to ensure quicker service. All items in stock usually ship within 2 to 3 days after your order is placed. All orders are processed the same day if placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time except on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders and approximately 5-8 business days for delivery. Although we do not anticipate a delay for your order, we occasionally run into unexpected delays. Should this happen, we will notify you and provide you with an approximate ship date. All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

CANCELLATIONS AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN SENT TO THE MANUFACTURER ARE SUBJECT TO A 3% CANCELLATION FEE

Returned Merchandise Policy

A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL RETURNS.

Please contact our customer service department for returns at 631-738-1000. Returns can only be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We cannot and will not accept merchandise returned without prior approval from our customer service center and issuance of a return authorization number.

We will pickup and credit at full invoice price all items which are returned due to our error or mistake. Credit at invoice prices less a handling and restocking charge of 25% will be issued for returns, made with our prior approval, which are not the results of errors or mistakes on our part. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Jarco Industries.

The following cannot be accepted for return unless the return is necessitated by our error:

- Any item not in fully merchantable condition. - Any items that have been used or operated will not be accepted for return under any circumstance. - Custom or special ordered items.

To qualify for a refund, we must receive all items in original condition, delivered to our warehouse within 15 days after our customer service department has issued a return authorization number. This includes the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will ship all items that do not qualify for a refund back to you. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less restocking fees and the original shipping charges.

Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Processing returns can be complicated. Please allow 10 to 14 days after we receive the items to process the appropriate credit.
