This Buy-It-Now listing is for 5 of the same new Coca-Cola Vanilla flavor labels as pictured. These are the authorized, professionally printed, small button 3 1/2 wide by 1 3/8 high size, used to give your soda vending machine a professional appearance. These are the industry standard, plastic, UV resistant, bottler-approved designs from printing firms approved with permissions to reproduce the various industry trade names, trademarks, and service marks.
Some of these labels have perforated tabs on both the side and top for inserting and removing the labels from the buttons. As some of this size button load from the top, this tab is included, but most buttons load from the side and this tab can be easily removed. For this small size, some have their insert tabs on the left side and others on the right, which varies by bottler due to their custom-branded machine designs. Either will look fine in a machine with the same sized buttons. The small holes shown in the labels are for the sold-out light(s) to shine through, and are pre-punched by the label manufacturer. Some labels don't have this hole, so if one is needed, you can use a single hole punch from an office supply store.
Tracking and Combining Orders To Save On Shipping
We ship through the U.S. Post Office, and the post office does not offer tracking on first class envelopes, which is how most of our orders are sent. This is the lowest cost method of shipping to you. If you prefer tracking on your order, it must be shipped as a parcel by first class mail. For a standard two ounce package with a set of labels in it, a first class envelope is 59 cents, and first class parcel is $1.52 with tracking. Each additional set ordered adds about an ounce, which is about 17 cents for each extra set.
First class mail at 59 cents takes 3 to 5 days in the continental US, and first class parcel takes 5 to 7 working days. Orders for 3 or more sets may go out as parcel due to weight, but not with tracking unless you select it. We have had the occasional package take slightly longer, so if you prefer the lower cost without tracking, you may need to allow extra time for parcel. Most packages will be received in less than a week.
If you are purchasing multiple store items, please process all of the purchases prior to paying for them through PayPal so that they can be combined on a single invoice. You can also send an invoice request through eBay for combined billing to save yourself money on shipping, and I’ll consolidate any multiple purchases and adjust the shipping for you. There are no additional packaging or handling fee charges.

If something happens during shipping or the item is not as described above, please contact me through eBay and let me know. I will always gladly refund your purchase price plus the shipping you paid in the auction to avoid negative feedback, if you will return the item in the condition received within seven days, so your only risk is the cost you would pay for returning the item.
Payment Instructions
Please follow the check-out process after you have processed your purchase(s). Credit cards and transfers through PayPal are accepted. PayPal eChecks take four days to clear. Money Orders in U.S. funds are accepted. The checkout summary, accessible to the buyer after the auction is complete, contains the mailing address for money orders. If you are sending a money order, please let me know by email. Personal and business checks are Not accepted and will be returned if received. Payments must be received within 5 days from the auction close.
Shipping Information
Shipping for this item is $.59 to all US addresses by first class U.S. mail. Insurance is optional if you feel you need it, but I've never had any lost in shipping. Tracking is also optional by selecting first class parcel shipping for $1.52 during check-out. You can change the shipping fee during checkout through Paypal if you prefer to have tracking. Shipping to Canada is 1.00 US. All payments must be in U.S. funds.
All items are securely packaged and will contain a receipt. All items are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Shipping prices shown in the auction are for U.S. Postal Service. If alternative methods of shipping are required or requested, please contact me with your address. Items paid by credit card must be shipped to the same address credit card bills to - No Exceptions.
