Purchase Obligation:

Please be 100% sure that you intend to complete the transaction before bidding. We try to be fair in our payment terms and we know things do come up. A simple email goes a long way! If you do not reply to emails or make payment within the specified time period in the listing, an unpaid item report will be filed and negative feedback will be left. Warranty Service:
Warranted by the manufacturer per the item description above - 3 year limited warranty. Please keep all original packing material should you need to return an item. If you have any questions or concerns regarding Warranty Service, please send them to us via e-mail prior to making your purchase on eBay. We reserve the right to either repair or replace your item depending on the failure. We will not commit to, entertain, or negotiate alternate procedures.

Return Policy:
Please understand that we have a return policy that is not designed for those that have changed their mind after purchasing, but does allow for those that have extraordinary circumstances. We do NOT offer a no-questions return policy found at many brick & mortar stores that offer the same products we do, which is why you often pay more at these locations than the price we offer. Please understand that this policy is in place because we offer high-quality products that are backed by manufacturer warranties. In general, if we are able to resell the item as brand new, you may return the item upon our approval only. Contact us for Return Authorization number prior to any returns. This is on a case by case situation. USED items are not accepted under any circumstances, unless the unit has a manufactures defect and that will be handled as stated in our warranty service statement. We must receive notification of intent to return no later than 3 days after receipt of your item. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer, and the item must be returned in the same packaging as it was received to prevent damage. In other words if you received the item double boxed, return it to us double boxed. Restocking fees of 15% may apply. Restocking fees will only be waived for exceptional circumstances. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. If you are of the mindset that we should take back products directly simply due to your dislike of the product like a brick & mortar store, then you should buy from a brick & mortar store which provides that type of service. We make no express or implied intention of providing this type of service.

Feedback:
To ensure that you are happy with your item, we would like to ask you to leave feedback for your item in a timely manner as this lets us know you have received the item to your liking and in the condition we stated. If you do have an issue with your item we would like to be informed first so we can make things right as your satisfaction is our main goal.
