- Blend is: Salt, dextrose,
monosodium glutamate (2.86%) , onion and garlic
powder, sodium erythorbate (7/32 oz.), spice extractives, and
less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added as an anticaking agent.
- Notice: You will need to add 1
ounce of cure per package to make this product..
- Each package correctly seasons
25 pound of meat.

Shipping
We ship UPS so we will need a physical address. When
your purchase ships you will automatically receive a UPS tracking
number for your convenience. We usually ship within 24 hours of
payment. If you don't receive your tracking number with in 48 hours
please email me and I will manually send you your number. (Your
email will help me make sure I didn't overlook you order.)
