Policies and procedures
Imperial Textile is a wholesale distributor of linens, uniforms, and clothing. We sell to other businesses such as hotels, restaurants, etc. We maintain our eBay Store and use auctions to liquidate our overstocked merchandise.
Imperial Textile takes pride in our very high positive feedback rating. We have never left negative feedback for a buyer that pays promptly and is reasonable to deal with. We request that you contact us prior to leaving neitral or negative feedback, as most situations can be resolved amicably for both parties.
We do not leave feedback until feedback is left for us. We wait for positive feedback, as it is our way of confirming that you received your purchase and are pleased with it. We will THEN leave positive feedback in return.
Please note that all items are sold "as is" and all items are FINAL SALE. We do our very best to be as honest as possible when describing an item for sale. All our items are titles NWT (new with tags) but do not have retail store tags. Many clothing items are titled NWT (new with tags) but do not have retail store tags. We purchase our items in large wholesale lots from manufacturers, not retail stores. We advertise as NWT as these items are new, and would have tags if we had bought them from a retail store. All clothing have size and/or brand labels.
Occasionally, we have to report a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) to eBay. If we are not paid or communicated with within 10 days of auction end, we begin eBay procedures and report the NPB. Afterwards, if we are not paid, we leave negative feedback and ban the NPB from bidding on future deals in the future .NPBs and negative feedback is taken very seriously and is very damaging here in the Ebay community. Please only bid on our auctions if you are serious about purchasing the item.
