This is a brand new item, that we have been contracted to sale through the Trading Assistant Program on eBay. We have the item in our possession, however returns and refunds are not accepted, as we will release monies to our client once they have been paid and the item shipped. Insurance will be on all such goods shipped, to protect both buyer and ourselves from lost or damaged shipments for Trading Assistant Items. Actual item being sold is pictured below. These are surplus goods, most often from accounts which our client no longer serves and they have asked us to attempt to recover what we can for them through the Trading Assistant Program. Due to the new dimensional weights imposed by USPS, we no longer have combined shipping options on our listings, we do however combine items purchased and shipped together, so if you purchase multiple items/listings from us, please request a new invoice, so we can have this correct for you to begin with, thus saving us the trouble of having to do a refund back to your PayPal account for the excess shipping that was paid.
