At THE KITCHEN SOLUTIONS STORE, we are not computer programmers, or professional e-bayers. Our store is fairly new, and pretty basic. Please do not let that create any doubt. What we do know is the wares we sell. We stock every item that is on our site. We do not drop ship from tim-buck-too, and we will not trick you with out-of-stocks. We will not give you pages of ridiculous disclaimers and descriptions that you will never read. Our philosophy is simple:
1. We do our research, so we know our prices are very good. We will never be the lowest in everything, but we will always be very competitive, and very often, we will be the lowest. We are not spending out time with flashy items descriptions, we are spending time listing items that we know will sell, and listing them at prices that will make them sell.
2. We are very fair with shipping and handling. We provide shipping calculators. We offer multiple options for shipping. If we need to offer insurance we will, but most times on small items, it is not worth it or not necessary. We also offer multiple item shipping discounts.
3. All our items are new, and in perfect condition. PERIOD.
4. All of our items are items we have purchased. We will only purchase items worth purchasing, and I will only sell items worth selling.
