The photo shows 3 different sizes of scrapers, you are getting only one size with this listing. You will receive 6 pieces of the 16 1/2" size. We do have the 9 1/2" and the 13 1/2" available in other listings.
Traditional flat blades for scraping,scooping and spreading.
Blades molded onto handles for permanent bond.
Seamless construction resists dirt or bacteria build up.
All handles and blades are white.
Commercial dishwasher safe.
Unless otherwise stated, all items are new, unused and in the box. These are not liquidation or salvage items, they are from our hospitality supply company warehouse stock and are either overstock or discontinued models.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
We do not test each item before it leaves our warehouse, this is not possible. Out of box failures and product failure within the first year are very rare but they do happen. If you receive an item that does not work please contact us and we will assist you in obtaining warranty repair or replacement. We do not personally warrant the product, the warranty is provided by the manufacturer. We will follow the manufacturer's instructions to obtain repair or replacement for your item. Please keep all instruction booklets provided with your item as this is where the warranty information is usually located. Should your product fail within the warranty period please follow the warranty instructions for your item to obtain repair or replacement.

Once you receive your item please leave feedback if all is well, that way we know that you have received your item and there are no problems. If you do have a problem please contact us prior to posting your feedback, our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase! Once we receive your feedback we will post feedback, we usually update feedback about once per week.

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us and we will give you a return authorization provided the item is unused, has all original packing materials and boxes and is in a condition that will allow us to re-sell. You will be responsible for the return freight charges. Once we receive the item, we will credit you for the cost of the item, less a $5.00 restocking fee. Some items may be marked "final sale", this is for items that we are clearing out of our warehouse, we do not offer returns on those items. Freight charges are never refundable unless we made a mistake in the product shipped.

We accept PayPal, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Sorry, no personal checks. If paying by PayPal please pay within 3 days of end of auction. If paying by check or money order please mail it so that we will receive within 10 days.
Please keep in mind that if you make payment by check through PayPal, it can take several days for PayPal to clear the payment. We will ship once we receive notificaiton from PayPal that the payemnt has cleared.
Please do not send communications with your payment through PayPal. If you have a special request, etc. please send it by e-mail or through the ebay system.

We combine shipping when possible to save you money. We do not charge any inflated shipping rates or handling fees. However, combined shipping will only work if all of the items you order will fit into one box. If your items will require more than one box to ship we reserve the right to override the shipping calculator on the listings and contact you with the correct shipping cost. If you have a question as to whether your combined purchase will fit into one box please contact us prior to bidding. This is not usually an issue and the shipping calculator will be correct. There have only been a handful of times when so many items were purchased that we had to adjust the shipping rate.
We have daily shipping and will make every effort to ship you items within 24-48 hours of cleared payment. We do not e-mail confirmations of shipping unless specifically requested. This is simply due to the time involved to do so.
If you choose shipping by US Mail it may take a few days to ship your item. This is due to the fact that we have daily UPS pickup but US Mail will not do a pickup unless you have 2 or more Priority Packages. Since most customers choose UPS you will have to wait for us to accumulate 2 Priority Packages to ship your item.
We can ship to Canada, but once again it will take longer to ship since International packages have to be taken to the post office or picked up and as stated previously, we must wait for at least two US Mail packages to arrange a pickup. ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMS.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We make every effort to ship you items in a manner that will prevent damage, however there are still times when an item may be damaged in transit. If you receive an item that is damaged please keep all of the packing material including the boxes, wrapping, bubblewrap, etc. and contact us so that we can assist you with filing a damage claim with the carrier.
Insurance is required. This is for your protection and ours. Insurance is included on UPS packages up to $100. There will be an additional charge for packages with value in excess of $100.
The price shown on listings for US Mail do not include insurance and it must be purchased at an additional cost.
