New JAY Model 5-220 Heavy Duty Cash Drawer System

  • Size: 16" wide x 16" long x 4" high.
  • Includes:
    • JAY Model 5-20 Cash Tray: 5-Bill & 5-Coin Compartments designed for U.S.A. and like sze currencies.
    • JAY Interface Cable for Epson POS Compatible Printers: Detachable, 6' long cable maintains standard 6P6C RJ(11) connectors at both ends. Connects to all POS Printers that use the industry standard Epson ESC/POS command  code set.

This electronic cash drawer is designed for heavy duty use in conjunction with POS and ECR front-end checkout systems installed in high volumn, harsh retail environments. It has been tested for millions of operations to ensure years of trouble-free service.

Drawer lock provides security and operating functions including on-line, locked open, locked closed and manual open. Two keys are shipped with each cash drawer.

Drawer extension allows for full access to all cash tray compartments and media.

Dual drawer front slots allow documents (sales slips, coupons, large media bills, etc.) to be inserted through them into the storage bin underneath the cash tray without opening the drawer.

Drawer suspension system employs bottom mounted, linear, heavy-duty, steel ball bearing drawer slide extexsions load rated at 100-lbs.

Drawer status switch is installed for "open/closed" status detection.

Drawer opening function is controlled by the 24-DVO (direct volt opening) solenoid.

Optional JAY Model 5-8020 Cash Tray Locking Lid with two (2) keys is available.

Optional JAY Model 5-8900 USB Interface connects cash drawer directly with a PC POS Terminal.

Cash drawer carries a limited two (2) year warranty.

A return is applicable for wrong item shipped or item is not as represented. An RA# will be issued for approved request along with how and where to return item. All handling and shipping costs are the obligation of the shipper FOB destination. The RA# and a copy of the of the original request for authorization of return must be included with returned item. Any item returned without RA# and documentation will be refused and shipper will be liable for all freight costs, damages or losses incurred.
