Royal Alpha 9155SC Cash Register w/ Scanner & Software

The Alpha9155SC is Royal's top-of-the-line register without the $1000.00+ price tag found on other similar brand registers. Loaded with valuable features, this register will perform all of your cash management needs.

99 Departments: For sales analysis by category of merchandise. Program each department with a 16 character name or description; set for taxable or non-taxable items. Preset department pricing for quick, one-key sales entry.
1600 Price-Look-Ups (PLU): For quick, accurate entry of frequently sold items. Each PLU can be assigned a 16 character name. PLU reports print sales activity of each PLU.
Two-Station Heavy-Duty Thermal Printer: Special alphanumeric printer allows both alpha and numeric characters to be programmed to print on customer receipts and journal tapes. Thermal printer is fast and quiet. Uses 2 1/4" (57mm) thermal paper for customer receipt and journal record.
Handheld Bar Code Scanner: Ensures fast and easy registration of items during check-out. Easy-to-use and convenient during sales check-out process and even during PLU set-up programming.
Serial connection: Connect the register to your PC. Software includes a filter that downloads your end of day report totals directly to your QuickBooks Pro or Peachtree accounting programs.
Scrolling Messages: Custom program as many as 5 different text messages up to 42 characters each to scroll across the customer display at various times.

Payment

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. If you are paying by a method other than credit card or PayPal, please contact us to let us know. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a "non-paying bidder" report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. We accept the following methods of payment only:

PayPal:–If paying by PayPal we ship to CONFIRMED addresses ONLY! This means the address on your credit card statement or on file with PayPal, MUST match the address we are shipping your item to.

Credit Cards:–We gladly accept VISA or MasterCard payments through our secure online checkout area. As with PayPal, we will only ship to addresses that match your credit card statement, unless you provide written authorization using our Credit Card Authorization form to ship to an alternate address, such as your work address.

Sales Tax

A 7% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Florida.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated in the ad, standard shipping is to the 48 contiguous US States only. We may be able to ship some items to Alaska, Hawaii, Post Office boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. If we can it will be stated within the ad listing above. No pickups are permitted.

Most items ship within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available. If there should be a delay of 7 days or more for shipping you will be contacted immediately regarding this.

If you checkout Sunday through Thursday, we will process your payment the next business day. If you checkout on Friday or Saturday, we will process your payment on Monday or the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Please see the ad listing for shipping charges or use the shipping calculator, if one is provided in the ad, to determine shipping charges to your area.

We will try to combine shipping for you when we can. However, because we have several warehouses nationwide, it's not always possible to combine shipping on all items. Oversized and large office equipment generally ships in it's own box, therefore shipping cannot be combined on those item.

All shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however Manage My Printing will accept returns for EXCHANGE ONLY on items that have arrived to you defective. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within seven (7) days of package receipt and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check.

You must obtain and RMA number and follow our conditions of return in order to send a defective product back for a replacement. Please review our Returns Policy page for further instructions on how to do this. We DO NOT pay for return shipping on defective merchandise, as we are not responsible for factory defects, because we are not a product manufacturer and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar to a standard walk-in store). We do however ship the replacement merchandise back to you at our expense, thus splitting the overall shipping costs with you.
