All sales are final. We may, however, accept returns on a case to case basis. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the item. After 7 days, you have to return the item directly to the manufacturer. Please email us for RMA number before returning the item. Please state the reason for the return. If accepted, we will email you back an RMA number to stick outside the box. You are responsible for paying the freight in returning the item. All returns must be in its original condition.
